You know bush has dissapointed me tremendously when it has come to spending,his failure to veto the mcain -fiengold bill, his stance on open borders and emigration,His ceos past shines through as a globalist and his definitions of free trade with no reguard to the american worker.
But as bad as all that if he were running now with the same field of candidates there is now I would have to vote for him a third time.
What does that say for the field of candadtes that are running,
I see very little differances in romney and john kerry as a matter of a fact the name that sticks in my mind when I think of romney is MITT KERRY.
AND I have already laid out my thoughts on Senator Mcain as I see him As a rhino.
But as far as mike huckabee goes I see a lot of moderate and conservative values,
If this were the 1960s he would meet the requirements of what was the definition of a democrat when it was the national party as was written by a well known senator the national party no more.
He believes in taking care of those who actually cant make on thier own because they are temporarily down or really permantly disabled and our seniors who worked hard to pass this country down to us.
He wants to reform our tax system so we can keep our money in our pockets.
He has an a rating by the national rifle assoc and the united sportsmen alliace.
He will support a greener america without radicalism but with common sense.
He has already proved he can run a state that has already produced one president ,
May be thats not really a good analogy on the last statement,
My point is he is not just a minister nor will he force his religious ideolodgy on anyone,he did not as governor of arkansa and he will not nor could not as president!11
All i ask is every citizen be truely informed by all the sources you can find before you support or vote for any candidate of any party.
Check thier record and see if you share any commonality with these individuals and the ideolodgy of the parties that they represent.
Those of us who are christians and gun owners and blue collar workers ,better pray for the next 4 to eight years of this nation ,because after we may not reconize it all ,unless we are protected in a devine way. amen

I would like to thank townhall .com for the operatunity to share my views with other consevatives,
while my stand on trade may not bode well with some consevatives as i dont think anyone could be 100% conservative on every issue and be Human.
That said i am very conservative on most social issues,I am very pro-life ,I support the death penalty for very violent offenders and child molesters,I am a member of two well known pro-gun organizations and two well known hunter and sportsmen organization, I do not support the so-called fairness doctrine espoused by most democrats and rhinos that can not compete in the open and fairly debated arena of ideas.
i did everything I could do as a citizen to stop the mcain fiengold campaigne finance reform that stifles free speech and protects incumbants,.
I believe that there is too much government in our lives and our bank accounts.
I support the making permanant the bush tax cuts and no future tax increases on individuals of any income bracket and i believe we should take half of the tax burden off corporations of all sizes if they will keep thier factories in operation here in the good ole U.S,A.
I personaly believe in jesus christ as our lord and savior but it is not my place to judge those who do not ,but only Those who would take my rights to publicly acknowledge my faith any time anywhere,especially in our pledge of alleg, to our flag,I believe in volunteered prayer in schools,
I believe that if government is going to support any charitable organazations that faith based organazations should be included.
I think we give way too much money to countries in the form of foriegn aid,especially to those that openly show thier hatred of us and our way of life.
Finally if it were up to me I would kick the united nations offices out of our country and would avoid making binding treaties at all ,but especially those that undermine our soviergnty and attempt to remove our constitutional rights.
No american leader or soldier should be answerable to any world court witout first being judged in our own system.
it should take two thirds of the senate and the house and the vice or presidents aproval too ever turn a american politician or soldier over too a world court .after being judged guilty by an american court.
These are my views and I hope it shows you that you dont have to worry about my consevatism here on your blogs.

Trade agreement

All these new trade agreements with these other countries are doing is representing the corporations that are based here in america,these agreements are primarily to get around paying the american blue collar workers the wages that has in the past kept thier standard of living where they can have a few benifits and have not arich life but a comfortable living.
My wife has worked for several large furniture manufacturers here in north ms,she has always made her production quotas well and is a very hard worker in the sewing departments.
These foremans who are responible to supervise these operations call department meetings several times a month and if you have any job complaints about working conditions or abusive language from supervisers you are quickly and regularly told if you people dont watch it we will just send the rest of these jobs to china.
Just about all the factories around here have moved part or all thier operations to china.
The clothing industry has been gone from this area for over 20 years.
American workers who want good health care and safe working conditions along with unemployment insurance,company matched retirement plans so you can survive when age takes you down.
THIS is what these corporations hate,makes no differance that they can make large profits  while remaining here in the united states ,but because they have to give the american blue collar worker more of thier bottom line ,even thiough that would be more than most of us would see in a lifetime in just one year,they had rather go to countries where there are sub standard working conditions and no benifits,where they are litterally working for food only, selling thier children to be locked in and beaten into labor.
This is also why the so- called consevative media will not support candidates that do no support globaliism,
If you are like me and you think we should take care of the american worker first and that the over 200 billion dollar differance in what china imports into america and what america is allowed to import into china.
china has no problem passing extreme import laws to protect thier economy,but when someone like me advocates protecting our jobs here in america I am labeled by president Bush as a protectionist.
I am a very long admirer and student of study of thomas jeffersons life and his ideas .
He also believed in free trade with all no treaty entanglement with none.
But even he understood we had to control international commerce to also see that things were kept fair enough as to perseve the american economy as even then it was quite fradgile.
I do not advocate that we stop all trade with china but I beieive we must find a way to do it without seeling out american labor so these ceos and giant corporations can bypass the american worker in this so-called global economy.
Everyone in this country even if every adult could go back to school now could  not  find good paying jobs with these globalized corporation of wich most are operated by foriegn interest and have no need or compasion for the american blue collar workers who will soon be hungry and homeless.
Its because the media and the politicians  and these big corporate companies are owned and controled by one and the same then thats why they continue to support treaties like nafta that like trade with china is designed to bypass american labor standards while driving down wage and benifits to blue collar american workers.
Until we here in the united states stand together as a people with a national soveirgn stance or we give in to work with sub standard working conditions ,then we will continue to see less and less operatunities to keep the lifestyles we have come to love and our forefathers worked to create.
We must demand this change for not only us but our childrens future

MEDIA TREATMENT HUCKABEE

ITS amazing to me how fox news has narrowed it down to 2 candidates even before the super tuesday primaries,
The conservative media even without  knowing it has in effect given the democrats the whitehouse in 08 on a silver platter .
Mike huckabee was the only one who could have rallied the base in the general elections had he not been marginalized as just a preacher by the so- called conservative media.
I live in mississippi and most  informed of the republican base knows once elected Senator Mcains rhino tendacies will shine through and in the name of unity he will sell out not just the social conservatives,but will also compromise on physcal policies as well'
The things he will agree with when it comes to the democrats will be a conservative and even a moderates nightmare.
How we soon forget campaign finance and the gang of fourteen,He will pander to the hispanics who want amnesty.
He was once affiliated with andrew mckelvy to defeat bush ,so get ready for another assault weapons ban and even hand gun registration.
Huckabee is a moderate on some issues but he is nowhere near as liberal and wishy washy on conservative policies as mcain.
But let me first thank Senator Mcain for His service to our country as a U.S. service man,who served gallantly in combat But like Rush and sean I can not vote for him as his record shows I cant trust him to represent my views as an american citizen .
